Arsenal fans to conduct flashmob in Baku in support of Mkhitaryan

Canon Crested's group of Arsenal fans decided to support the Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan if he does not go to the Europa League final in Baku for security reasons.

“If Arsenal go to the Baku without Mkhitaryan due to political reasons, someone needs to:

1. Create a Mkhitaryan mask
2. Give it to all 6,000 Arsenal fans in the ground
3. Organize for it to be lifted up at the 7th and 77th minute,” the CanonCrested fan club statement says.

In the Europa League final, to be held on May 29 in Baku, Arsenal will play against Chelsea. Henrikh Mkhitaryan became the winner of the Europa League Cup in Manchester United.

Earlier, the Azerbaijani side assured that the Arsenal midfielder and the Armenian team Henrikh Mkhitaryan will not have problems with entry and security in Baku.

On May 10, UEFA also expressed support for the Armenian football player.
