World’s second racket, Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal made it to the quarter-final of the tennis tournament in Barcelona after defeating Spanish tennis player David Ferrer in two sets. The tennis match lasted an hour and 58 minutes and ended with the scores 6-3, 6-3.
Rafael Nadal will face off against the winner of the match between German and Greek tennis players Jan-Lennard Struff and Stefanos Tsitsipas to score a pass to the semi-final.
Nadal had defeated Tsitsipas in last year’s final of this tournament.
