Mushegh Ghevondyan, the goalkeeper of FC Ararat Yerevan II, has died of gunshot wounds.
The Armenian capital city football club sent a letter of condolences to Ghevondyan’s family members, relatives, and friends on the death of this 23-year-old player.
The unfortunate incident occurred Monday in the area adjacent to a building in Yerevan.
Mushegh Ghevondyan was taken to a hospital, but he died in the intensive care unit without regaining consciousness.
