In the European U22 Boxing Championships in Vladikavkaz (live broadcast), Armenia’s representative Vakhtang Harutyunyan competed with Sean Lazzerini in the 75 kg category semi-final and lost 0-5 upon the decision of the referees.
On 16 March, Armenia will have 4 more representatives, including Anush Grigoryan (51 kg category), Ani Hovsepyan (64 kg category), Hrayr Shahverdyan (60 kg category) and superheavyweight Gurgen Hovhannisyan, who will come out to the ring for a pass to the final round.
