Liverpool defender Joe Gomez fractured his left leg during Wednesday’s English Premier League match against Burnley, BBC reported.
The 21-year-old England international was stretchered off the pitch after 23 minutes following a challenge with a Burnley footballer.
Gomez could be out for six weeks.
He will not able to play for Liverpool in at least five upcoming fixtures.
