Manuel Neuer: We realize what difficult situation we are in

Bayern Munich and Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer spoke about Germany’s forthcoming clash with France. The two national squads will lock horns in the fourth round of the UEFA Nations League group matches.
“We [Germany] realize what difficult situation we are in,” the German Football Association website quoted Neuer as saying. “The match with the World Champions will be difficult, but we had chances [to win] in the first round too. We want to try again—this time in Paris. Our objective is the three points.”
In the first round in Munich, Germany played a goalless draw with France.
Tuesday’s game in Paris is slated for kickoff at 10:45pm Armenia time.
In the second round, Germany lost to the Netherlands by a score of 0-3.
