The ankle injury of Armenia captain and Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan is not serious.
But it is doubtful whether the 29-year-old footballer will be available for Arsenal’s English Football League Cup clash against Brentford, GOAL reported.
The Armenian player has already missed the Gunners’ English Premier League match against Everton.
Mkhitaryan had sustained this injury during Arsenal’s UEFA Europa League group stage opener against Vorskla.
The Arsenal vs. Brentford match on Wednesday is slated for kickoff at 10:45pm Armenian time.
