Arsène Wenger to be awarded Liberia’s highest honor

Arsenal’s legendary manager Arsène Wenger will be awarded Liberia’s highest medal of honor. The ceremony will take place on Friday, Liberia’s Independence Day.

Well-known French football specialist Claude Le Roy is also to be awarded the country’s highest honor, according to France Football.

The medal of honor will be awarded to the two French coaches on the initiative of Liberia’s newly elected president, 1995 Ballon d’Or winner George Weah.

In this way, the former footballer wishes to thank these two coaches for paving a way for him in European football.
