The presentation of Luis Enrique, as new manager of the Spanish national squad, has been held.
“I’m very happy to head Spain,” the Spanish football specialist said at the presentation ceremony. “I’ve always wanted to be in this position; this is a great honor. We [Spain] have a great selection of players, a good younger generation.”
Enrique, 48, has replaced Fernando Hierro, who managed Spain at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
