Armenian national basketball team and Northern Colorado Bears (NCAA) player Andre Spight-Mkrtchyan has been named the University of Northern Colorado most valuable player of the year.
Earlier, Spight-Mkrtchyan, who is Armenia’s basketball MVP for 2016, was named the Big Sky Conference rookie of the year.
