Former Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri shared his feelings after Unai Emery’s appointment as Arsenal manager, Sky Sports reported.
“He's a good man, a good coach. He managed a lot in Spain and had a very good season with PSG but in Paris you have to win the Champions League - that is the target there. Unai is a very strong man, a good manager and I think he could have very good success there,” he said.
A 46-year-old Unai Emery left French PSG at the end of the 2017-18 season and signed a deal with Arsenal.
A 68-year-old Arsene Wenger has been heading Arsenal since 1996. He has won a total of 17 titles and has overseen three Premier League title wins in Arsenal.
