Indian Wells: Federer sets personal record, advances to final

World No. 1 Roger Federer has set a personal record by extending his season win streak to 17 matches.
The Swiss tennis star defeated Borna Ćorić (Croatia) in three sets at the semifinals of Indian Wells Masters in Indian Wells, USA.
As a result, 36-year-old Federer surpassed his prior career-best calendar year start in 2006 when he had opened with 16 wins.
The Indian Wells Masters’ reigning champion will face Juan Martín del Potro (Argentina) in the final of this tennis tournament.
