Barcelona's relationship with Neymar began with a legal dispute and ended the same way with the latest argument over a 40 million euro bonus that was agreed when the Brazilian signed a new deal before moving to Paris Saint-Germain, Marca reported.
With the move to PSG coming less than a year after the renewal, Barcelona are not prepared to pay the bonus and Neymar's representatives have taken the case to court and to FIFA, with the latter believed to have rejected it.
The case will continue to rumble on though with Barcelona also counter-claiming 75 million euros from Neymar for his failure to see through his contract.
