Russian Match TV channel has presented a documentary film about the midfielder of “Manchester United” club and the National team of Armenia Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Mkhitaryan told about his relations with Zlatan Ibrahimović.
He noted that Zlatan has very difficult character and many cannot understand him. “People do not understand his jokes. Maybe they just do not want to understand. But I have had good relations with him since the first day. We were in touch even when he was not in Manchester and was recovering from an injury”, he said.
“Everyone knows that Ibrahimović considers himself a god. But when we landed in Rostov, I told him: "You see, who is God now?" I'm kidding. There were just many Armenians, all were shouting my name. After that he realized that there is another God - it's me,” Mkhitaryan noted.
Earlier it was reported that Manchester United (England) have featured the documentary film on their midfielder and Armenia national football squad captain Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The 60-minute documentary, which is entitled “Micki: An Armenian Hero,” tells about Mkhitaryan’s family and football career, and presents some other interesting facts.
