Mourinho about Benfica match: We knew the goal would arrive

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho commented on 1-0 away victory over Benfica in the Champions League.

“We were the team that was positive and we were always in control. I never felt that we could concede a goal, we were very solid defensively,” BBC Sport (http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/41624728) quotes Mourinho.

“The amazing defensive work Liverpool did against us, Benfica could not do that for the whole game. Without any pressure, we knew the goal would arrive.”

Armenia’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan was in the starting line-up.
