Leader of the Armenian chess Levon Aronian will face French GM Maxime Vachier-Lagrave during the semi-finals of the 2017 World Chess Cup taking place in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The winner and finalist of the tournament will be qualified to the 2018 candidates' tournament.
