YEREVAN. – Grandmaster (GM) Karen Movsziszian (Armenia) has become the winner of the 50+ category at the European Senior Chess Championship 2017 that wrapped up in Sabadell, Spain.
Movsziszian tallied a score of 7 points out of 9 games, according to the National Olympic Committee of Armenia website.
A total of 51 chess players competed in this tournament.
