FIDE Grand Prix Geneva: Armenia’s Aronian to face India’s Harikrishna

The sixth-round games will be played Wednesday at the Geneva FIDE Grand Prix 2017 chess tournament, which is held in Switzerland.

In this round, Grandmaster (GM) Levon Aronian (Armenia) will face GM Pentala Harikrishna (India).

All matches in this round will get underway at 4pm Armenia time.

After five rounds, Aronian, who plays first board for the three-time World Chess Olympiad champions and the former World Team Chess champions Armenia, shares 3rd to 6th places, with 3 points.

Eighteen chess players are competing in this nine-round tournament.
