Armenian national squad’s Brazilian midfielder Marcos Pizzelli, who plays his club football at Xanthi F.C. (Greece), on Tuesday will join the national team and start training for their next 2018 World Cup qualifier match.
“Armenian National Team midfielder Marcos Pizzelli this time arriving in Armenia with his parents to show them his second homeland,” reads the Official Instagram account of the Football Federation of Armenia, and with a respective photo.
Armenia will play their next 2018 World Cup qualifier on March 26, when they will play host—in capital city Yerevan—to Kazakhstan.
