European Games: Armenian athlete adds silver to her gold in Azerbaijan

Armenian artistic gymnast Seda Tutkhalyan (Russia) became a silver medalist in the vault competitions at the European Games being held in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan.

As reported earlier, Tutkhalyan had become the games’ team champion, as part of the Russian women’s gymnastics team.

Fifteen-year-old Seda, who was born in Gyumri, Armenia, is the 2014 Youth Olympic Games All-around champion.

She is the daughter of Gurgen Tutkhalyan, a four-time world Sambo champion of the ex-Soviet Union.

Seda Tutkhalyan had started artistic gymnastics at the age of seven, in Moscow.
