Argentinean-Armenian tennis star David Nalbandian qualified for the semifinals in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) World Tour 250 Tennis Tournament being held in São Paulo, Brazil.
Nalbandian defeated Nicolas Almagro of Spain in the quarterfinals of the event.In the semifinals, the Argentinean-Armenian player will face Simone Bolelli of Italy.
In the other semifinal, the renowned Spaniard, Rafael Nadal, will play against Martín Alund of Argentina.
