Senegalese midfielder Lamine Camara, Swiss striker Breel Embolo, and French defender Christian Mawissa Elebi scored for the guests.
Barcelona will play their next match on Saturday. They will be hosted by Valencia in the opening round of the new season of the Spanish La Liga.
