Celta Vigo can buy Tottenham’s striker Emmanuel Adebayor, reports Football Espana.
The Togolese forward joined Spurs on a permanent deal in the summer but has since struggled under Coach Andre Villas-Boas for playing time.
The player is now pushing for a transfer out, just as Villas-Boas has asked his chairman to sign another striker to better complement Jermain Defoe in attack.
Adebayor could then be line for a return to Spain, with Celta named as one of the clubs reportedly keeping tabs on the situation.
The forward spent the second half of the 2010-11 season in La Liga, managing 14 appearances and scoring five goals during a loan spell with Real Madrid.
