Allegri instead of Mazzari?

Napoli is thinking about hiring Massimiliano Allegri if Walter Mazzarri decides to leave his post at the end of the season.

Milan coach is on the shortlist of the Napoli given the uncertainty over Mazzarri. The latter admitted recently that he could take a year out of the game once the 2012-13 campaign finishes.

Allegri, who appeared for the Napoli as a player, is set to be available after an unsatisfactory start to the new season with Milan.

Another candidate for Napoli coach is considered to be Giuseppe Sannino. He was spoken to last summer, but he eventually left Siena for Palermo instead.
