AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi is ready to sell the club to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the ruling Emir of the State of Qatar.
The former Italian Prime Minister was recently sentenced to 12 months in prison for participation in a tax fraud scandal, and his attempts to have the ruling overturned on appeal will take most of his time.
According to Berlusconi, he is ready to sell the club if a good offer comes in, and Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani is sitting in pole position to purchase the Italian giants.
Berlusconi could be tempted to sell Milan for €500 million, Goal.com informs.
