Norwegian world champion Magnus Carlsen and former Armenian leader Levon Aronian (USA) will take part in the traditional (85th) Tata Steel Masters tournament in Wijk aan Zee in the Netherlands.
Chinese Ding Liren, Americans Fabiano Caruana and Wesley So, Romanians Richard Rapport, Indians Dommaraju Gukesh, Arjun Erigaisi and Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa, Iranian Parham Maghsoodloo, Uzbek Nodirbek Abdusattorov, German Vincent Keymar, Dutchmen Anish Giri and Jorden Van Foreest will be among 14 participants.
The Tata Steel Masters (13 rounds) will be held from January 14 to 29.
