Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku and Dutch defender Denzel Dumfries scored for the Milan club.
Former midfielder of the Armenian national team Henrikh Mkhitaryan came on as a substitute for Inter in the 58th minute. The Armenian football player moved to the Milan club from Roma this summer.
In the second round, Inter will host Spezia on August 20.
