Armenia on Sunday won two medals in combined total on the last day of the 2022 European Weightlifting Championships that wrapped up in Tirana, Albania.
In the +109 kg weight category, world silver medalist Varazdat Lalayan (in the photo) won the silver medal, by lifting a combined total of 451 kilograms, and Olympic silver medalist Gor Minasyan won the bronze medal, with a total of 446 kg.
Lasha Talakhadze (Georgia) was declared the European weightlifting champion for the seventh time, with a combined total of 462 kilograms.
