Muscovite Armenian tennis player Karen Khachanov (Russia), who is currently ranked world number 25, has removed the national flags of Russia and Armenia from the description page of his Instagram account.
Earlier, world number one Daniil Medvedev (Russia) had removed the Russian national flag from his social media accounts.
According to the new requirement, tennis players representing Russia will now have to play in a neutral status in international tournaments.
