Norway won its third gold medal at the 24th Winter Olympics in Beijing today.
In ski racing (ski jumping + 10 km track). The silver medal was won by Norwegian Jens Lurås Oftebro. Akito Watabe of Japan became the bronze medalist.
In the overall standings, Norway strengthened its position in first place with 12 gold medals and is already ahead of second place Germany with 4 gold medals.
