Chelsea and Barcelona want to buy Turin Juventus's 22-year-old Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt, Calciomercato reports.
Barcelona is ready to offer 72 million euros for the transfer of De Ligt. Chelsea head coach German Thomas Tuchel demanded to strengthen the club's management, and it is possible that they will offer more money to Juventus.
De Ligt moved from AFC Ajax to Juventus in the summer of 2019 for 85.5 million euros.
