Tuchel: It’s good we are not shy to say we want to be finalists

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel commented on his second victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the English League Cup semi-final and reaching the final.

Chelsea reach the final of the cup tournament in the 6th season in a row.

“It’s good we are not shy to say we want to be finalists and win finals,” Tuchel said. "But we cannot simply expect to win every title that’s available, we shouldn’t be arrogant. We enjoy that we play for an ambitious club. This is a gift. The club sharpens the mentality of the players,” the coach said.

In the return match, Chelsea defeated Tottenham 1- 0, in the first match they won 2-0.

In the final, Chelsea's opponent will be the winner of the Liverpool vs Arsenal clash.
