Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo commented on the departure of Michael Carrick from the club.
The former football player and coach of the team was the acting head coach after the dismissal of Norwegian Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer. The newly appointed head coach, German Ralf Rangnick, started working on December 3.
"Michael Carrick was a class act as a player and he can become a great coach as well. Nothing is impossible for this guy. Personally, I'm proud to have played with him by my side as well as with him as a manager on our bench," he noted.
