Pep Guardiola, the Catalan manager of reigning English Premier League champions Manchester City, commented on their 5-1 win against Brugge in the third round of the UEFA Champions League group stage.
He said this was one of their best matches in the European Cups, Manchester Evening News reported.
Guardiola said he studied and analyzed many Brugge matches during the national team matches, and he knew that they played well against PSG.
He noted that in this game Man City made a lot of passes, the defenders played very fast, the team could have scored more goals, they had many scoring opportunities, and are all happy with their performance.
In Group A, Manchester City are currently second, with 6 points, and are 1 point behind the leaders, PSG. Brugge are third, with 4 points, whereas RB Leipzig have suffered 3 defeats.
