After the session of the Board of Directors, FC Barcelona reported that it had suffered damages worth EUR 481,000,000 during the 2020-21 season, the football club’s press service reports.
The Board of Directors approved the budget for this season (EUR 765,000,000), which has yet to be approved by the Assembly of Delegates.
In the summer of 2021, FC Barcelona had problems with registration of new footballers, and to help the team, several players agreed to have their salaries cut. FC Barcelona also decided to say goodbye to Argentine forward Lionel Messi, who moved to PSG as a free agent.
