German midfielder for Real Madrid Toni Kroos will undergo a surgery, the football club’s press service reports.
The 31-year-old footballer has a groin injury, but it’s still not clear how long it will take him to recover.
Toni Kroos has been playing for Real Madrid since 2014 and has played 212 matches, scored 18 goals and received 14 titles. His current contract will end in the summer of 2023.
After Euro 2020, Toni Kroos announced he is quitting the Germany national football team.
