Armenian athlete Karen Aslanyan started with a victory at the Olympic tournament in Greco-Roman wrestling in the weight category up to 67 kg.
The bronze medalist of the European Championship (2018, 2019, 2020) Aslanyan in the 1/8 finals faced the world champion (2016) and European champion (2017) Korpasi Balint from Hungary and defeated him/
In the quarterfinals, the Armenian athlete will face Mohamed Ibrahim Elsayed from Egypt.
