Former Spain striker Fernando Torres has returned to Atlético to lead the Madrid youth team, according to the club's press office.
The 37-year-old specialist's contract is valid until the end of next season.
Fernando Torres played for Atlético from 2001 to 2007 and from 2016 to 2018. He ended his football career in 2019.
