Arman Darchinyan (Armenia) has booked his spot for the Tokyo Olympics at the Olympic qualification boxing tournament being held in Paris.
In the quarterfinals of the Men’s 75kg weight category, Darchinyan defeated Giorgi Kharabadze (Georgia) on points.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games were put off for a year and will be held from July 23 to August 8 of this year.
