Russia-based Armenian tennis player Karen Khachanov made it to the semi-final of ATP-250 series in Lyon today, which also marks his 25th birthday. Khachanov competed with French Richard Gasquet and won in two sets (6-1, 7-6 (7-3)). The match lasted 1 hour and 26 minutes.
Khachanov’s next opponent will be the winner of the match between English tennis player Cameron Norrie and French tennis player Arthur Rinderknech.
The prize fund for the ATP-250 series in Lyon is EUR 420,000.
