FC Barcelona have become the first football club in history after both the women’s and men’s teams won the Champions League, UEFA’s press service reports.
During the final, the Catalonian football club’s women’s team beat Chelsea 4-0 and won the Champions League for the first time ever.
France’s Lyon had won the previous five championships of the Women’s Champions League, which has been held since 2001.
During this season, Chelsea became the first football club, the women’s and men’s teams of which made it to the final of the Champions League.
