Rafael Nadal has made it to the quarterfinal of ATP Masters Rome. During the third round, the Spanish tennis player competed with Canada’s Denis Shapovalov. The world’s second racket won 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (6-3) after the game that lasted 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Nadal’s next opponent will be the winner of the match between Germany’s representative Alexander Zverev and Japanese tennis player Kei Nishikori.
The winner of ATP Masters Rome will be announced on May 16. The prize fund is EUR 2,500,000.
