Spanish La Liga titleholders Real Madrid and English Premier League current leaders Manchester City have reached the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League.
In the return leg of the quarterfinals, Liverpool had to satisfy with a goalless draw at home against Real, whereas the latter had won 3-1 in Madrid in the first leg.
Man City won 2-1 in their away match against Borussia Dortmund. In the first leg of these teams, Man City had won also—again by a score of 2-1.
French Ligue 1 titleholders PSG and Chelsea also have advanced to the semifinals of the Champions League.
PSG will face Manchester City and Chelsea—Real to book their spots in the final.
The first leg of the semifinals will be played on April 27 and 28, and the return leg—on May 4 and 5.
