Two members of the FC Tambov are suspected of placing bets. The football club’s manager Olga Konvalova reported that the two footballers have been called to the Russian Football Union to give explanations.
According to Metaratings.ru, the two footballers are midfielders Aleksandr Yerkin and Dmitry German.
Earlier, it was reported that the games of the Russian championship against Krasnodar and Sochi were suspicious. On March 14, FC Tambov were defeated by Krasnodar 0-4, and four days later, they were defeated by Sochi 0-5.
