Russia-based tennis player Karen Khachanov made it to the quarter final of the ATP Open 13 Provence tournament taking place in Marseilles, France.
In the second round, the 24-year-old Russian-Armenian athlete competed with American Mackenzie McDonald and outscored him 7-6 (7-4), 6-4. The game lasted 1 hour and 56 minutes.
During the quarter final, Khachanov’s opponent will be Australian Matthew Ebden.
The prize fund of the tournament in Marseilles is EUR 334,000.
