The Brit Lewis Hamilton of the McLaren team claimed pole position at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2012.
Hamilton’s McLaren teammate Jenson Button will be in second position.
Frenchman Romain Grosjean took third place for Lotus, pushing German Michael Schumacher of Mercedes down to fourth.
