UK cross-country skier Andrew Young was seriously injured during the next round of the Cross Country Skiing World Cup in Falun, Sweden.
During a turn, the 28-year-old athlete crashed into a billboard and suffered a hip fracture, NRK reports.
Young is currently 20th in the overall Cross Country Skiing World Cup standings, and this season he has won two medals in the Sprint.
