The legendary Gianluigi Buffon intends to extend his contract with Italy’s champion Juventus, Transfermarkt reported. On January 28, the Italian goalkeeper will turn 43 years old.
This season, Buffon played 6 matches with Juventus, scored 4 goals and kept the ball away from the gate during three games.
Buffon moved from Parma to Juventus in July 2001 for EUR 51,800,000. Seventeen years later, he moved to PSG as a free agent, but returned to Juventus a year later.
