Nshan Munchyan: This is a struggle for existence

The first world champion in the history of independent Armenia, Nshan Munchyan, addressed the Armenians around the world.

"Dear compatriots, Armenians from all over the world. For a week now, the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem has unleashed a war in Artsakh.

As Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh President Arayik Haroutyunyan said, this war has become a struggle for existence for the Armenian people.

Today Artsakh and Armenia are waging a war against international terrorism. Turkey and Azerbaijan must be recognized as terrorist states and must be severely punished by the international community. I am confident that today we are more united than ever.

My deepest condolences to the mothers of all fallen heroic soldiers and glory to those who are now defending their homeland. We will win," Munchyan said.
