Marca: Real Madrid won't purchase footballers this summer

Due to financial difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Real Madrid have refused to purchase new footballers during the transfer window, Marca reports.

The football club’s administration needs about EUR 200,000,000 to pay the personnel’s salaries and cover other expenses and intends to receive the money for this by selling some of the team’s footballers.

Real Madrid will say goodbye to Gareth Bale, Mariano Diaz, Brahim Diaz, James Rodriguez and Daniel Ceballos.

As reported earlier, Real Madrid have decided to launch talks to purchase PSG’s forward Kylian Mbappe in 2021.
